實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)計(jì)：潔凈室與潔凈區(qū)的區(qū)別

潔凈區(qū)CleanZone 在ISO14644-1-1999中定義為：dedicated space in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled, and which is constructed and used in a manner to minimize the introduction, generation, and retention of particles inside the zone, and in which other relevant parameters, e.g. temperature, humidity, and pressure, are controlled as necessary NOTE This zone may be open or enclosed and may or may not be located within a cleanroom.

潔凈室與潔凈區(qū)的區(qū)別：潔凈區(qū)是空氣懸浮粒子濃度受控的限定空間，而潔凈室的定義為空氣懸浮粒子濃度受控的房間，一個(gè)是房間一個(gè)是空間，不難看出，潔凈室是指一個(gè)小的受控房間而潔凈區(qū)則是可以包含多個(gè)這樣的潔凈室。
